Tony Tian has over 16 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, research, and investor relations. Along with leading Kingswood’s investment banking efforts in Asia, Mr. Tian also serves as CFO and Director of AIMfinity Investment Corp. I, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company. Previously, he was Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at US Tiger Securities, Co-CEO of a Nasdaq-listed gaming company, and Founder/ President of an IR boutique. Before that, he was a sell-side analyst for several investment banks, including Oppenheimer, Ladenburg Thalmann, and Pacific Crest Securities. Mr. Tian received an MBA from New York University, an M.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut, and an M.S./B.S. in Land Resources and Management from China Agricultural University. Mr. Tian is a CFA charter holder and currently holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.
