Tony Tian has over 18 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, sell-side equity research, and investor relations. Mr. Tian has been leading Kingswood’s investment banking efforts in Asia since April 2024. Previously, Mr. Tian was Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at US Tiger Securities between October 2020 and April 2024. Previously, He also served as Co-CEO of a Nasdaq-listed gaming company, Founder/President of an IR boutique, as well as Director/CEO and Director/CFO, respectively, of two SPACs. Previously as a sell-side equity research analyst, he has covered multiple sectors (Semiconductors, IT Networking and Hardware, IT Outsourcing and Supply Chain, China Industrials) at several investment banks, including Oppenheimer, Ladenburg Thalmann, and Pacific Crest Securities. Mr. Tian received an MBA from New York University, an M.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut, and an M.S./B.S. in Land Resources and Management from China Agricultural University. Mr. Tian is a CFA charter holder and currently holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.
