Max McKee brings deep expertise in the financial industry, with a focus on secondary transactions and venture investing. Most recently, Max served as Senior Director at EquityZen, where he spent over six years helping scale the firm’s strategy, operations, and secondary platform. Prior to EquityZen, Max was a part of the Investment Banking team at RBC Capital Markets and began his career at Fosun Capital, where he focused on Series B and C fintech investments. At Kingswood, Max focuses on expanding the firm’s secondary market presence for venture-backed companies. Max is passionate about creating liquidity and leverage solutions that help early employees, shareholders, and founders access capital.

Max holds a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University, where he was a member of the Men’s Basketball Team, and maintains a Series 7 and 63 licenses.
