Edward Hartnett is a Managing Director with over 20 years of experience spanning healthcare and life sciences, capital markets, and medical technology. He advises emerging growth and middle-market companies across biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostics, neurotechnology, and healthcare services on strategic and financing initiatives. Drawing on experience in both the medical technology industry and healthcare capital markets, Mr. Hartnett works with management teams and boards on financing strategy, valuation, investor positioning, and capital markets planning. Previously, Mr. Hartnett was a Director of Investment Banking at San Blas Capital Markets and Trust Capital Markets, where he covered emerging biotechnology and medical technology companies. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance, business development, and investor relations roles within the medical technology industry. Mr. Hartnett began his career in fixed income sales. Mr. Hartnett graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University with a B.A. in Business Administration. He is a CFA charter holder and holds Series 7, 63, 79, and SIE registrations.
