Eddie Kazatsky has worked in the securities industry for nearly a decade, starting his career in overnight trading at Three Bridges Capital, a New York City based hedge fund focused primarily on European equities. During his tenure with Kingswood, Eddie has participated in over one hundred transactions resulting in over a billion in gross proceeds raised via private and public markets transactions. Eddie graduated from Bentley University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, and he currently holds the Series 7, 66, and 79 registrations.
