Danial Farishta is a Vice President at Kingswood Capital Partners, where he advises growth and middle-market companies on capital formation, including venture capital financings, private equity investments, traditional debt and equity financings, convertible securities, and private placements across the healthcare, technology, clean technology, energy, and commercial real estate sectors.

Prior to joining Kingswood Capital Partners, Mr. Farishta held investment banking roles at Wells Fargo Securities and San Blas Securities and was a member of the Healthcare & Seniors Housing Division at Marcus & Millichap. Throughout his career, he has worked on and helped close approximately $6.0 billion in transaction volume spanning multiple asset classes, including hospitality, data centers, homebuilding, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, seniors housing, and other asset classes. His transaction experience includes senior secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndicated financings, structured debt, equity placements, strategic advisory assignments, and institutional real estate transactions.

Mr. Farishta earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Financial Economics at Johns Hopkins University. He is a FINRA-registered investment banker holding the Series 63 and Series 79 licenses and serves as a Board Member of the Real Estate Lenders Association's West Coast Chapter.
