Scott Sadler is the Founder and President of Boardwalk Capital Management, an investment advisory practice focused on impact and sustainability, and the Southeast’s first wealth management firm to be named a Certified B Corporation. Scott also serves as Director, Investment Strategies for Overlay Capital where he sits on the firm’s venture capital Investment Committee.

Scott has advised affluent individuals, families, and institutions for more than 30 years, and his career includes seven years when he managed a top-ranked emerging markets equity mutual fund. He is a veteran of Wachovia Asset Management, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management.

Scott is a regular lecturer at Atlanta area universities, including the University of North Georgia, where he sat on the Advisory Board of the Mike Cottrell College of Business, along with Berry College, Emory University, and Georgia Tech. He is a Past Board Chairman of the Green Chamber of the South, helped lead a youth mentorship program through the RCE of Greater Atlanta, and is a mentor to early-stage companies through the Cox Cleantech Accelerator program.

Scott is a graduate of the University of Virginia, has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is Series 66 licensed. He has been married for nearly forty years, is the father of three adult children, and is a soon-to-be-grandfather.
